1. The applicant receives an automatic email upon registration stating that he has a confirmed place on the course.
2. Due to conference policy, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances except event cancellation or date change.
3. VAT is included in the ticket price.
4. The IMaR conference reserves the right to cancel the event if participation is insufficient.
5. The IMaR conference is not responsible for non-refundable costs, e.g. flight and accommodation, despite the course being canceled.
6. When a participant registers for a course, the person is responsible for damage or theft of personal belongings as well as injuries or accidents that may result from participation in the course.
Law and legal forum
These provisions and terms are to interpreted according to Icelandic law. Disputes and claim that may be raised against IMaR will be referred to Icelandic courts.Confidence
